“ Real Housewives of New Jersey” star who was scheduled recently to lose his driver’s license has had his sentencing postponed – probably until April – because of a medical issue with one of the attorneys involved.
Joe Giudice, who faces a 41-month sentence in federal prison in his separate bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud case, will lose his license for up to two years at the sentencing, according to nj.com
He has had at least 47 suspensions since first obtaining his license in 1987, according to the report.
His wife, Teresa Giudice was recently sentenced to a 15-month prison sentence after she and her husband were sentenced for mortgage and bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy.
Teresa Giudice, also a cast member of Bravo TV’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” has been granted an early release from her 15-month stint in prison, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.
