Yoga is used for several things but my favorite(s) are connecting with and controlling the Mind and Body for relaxation. Yoga has always been associated with spiritual goals, but it has also been noted to help with alleviating health problems and stress. Contrary to popular belief you don’t have to have the flexibility of a rubber band to participate in a Yoga exercise program or for a physical therapy session. Locate a yoga class in your area, buy a yoga DVD, or watch a YouTube clip and start melting off the stress and improving your mind and body.
